Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We ship to the United Kingdom and internationally. Estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
